At Don4Fun, we believe that players should have full control over their personal data and identity. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you have the right to do so at any time without hassle.
Below you will find the straightforward options to permanently delete your account either directly from within the game or via a web-based email request.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly erase your account directly within the game application:
- Open the Know Each Other game or app.
- Tap on your Profile Icon in the top header to enter Profile Setup.
- Scroll down to the Account Protection section.
- Click the red "Delete Account" button and confirm your choice.
✓ Your account, profile, chats, and answers will be immediately deleted.
Option 2: Web Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request full account and data deletion by sending an email from your registered email address to:
Please include your registered email address or player name and state that you wish to have your account and personal data permanently deleted. Our support team will confirm and execute the deletion promptly.
What Data is Permanently Deleted?
When you delete your account, all personal data associated with your profile is permanently erased from our active databases, including:
- Authentication Credentials: Registered email address, user ID, and sign-in credentials.
- Profile Data: Display name, age, gender, city/country location, and profile bio ("About Me").
- Photos & Media: Uploaded profile pictures, avatars, and attachments.
- Communications: Private match chat messages and conversation histories.
- Game Content: Custom questions you created, match answer logs, and game scores.
- Social Data: Friends list, blocked users list, and referral/gift records.
Data Retention and Timeline
When initiated via the app, account removal takes effect immediately. Routine server backup archives are automatically overwritten and purged within 30 days.
We do not retain personal information after your account is deleted, except where strictly required by applicable financial or legal reporting obligations (such as payment invoices maintained for tax records).
